Education advisors and an immigration consultant who are specialists in their expertise. Additionally, should you prefer an individual, this can be requested, however due to client caseloads and other factors this will be decided on a case-by-case basis. Rest assured we ensure that our client’s needs are always at the forefront, and we are always willing to accommodate all reasonable requests.

Our main office is located in Cagayan de Oro, Philippines and we have partner companies in Canada.  As I am sure you can appreciate, with the internet and in a post COVID world we operate globally via the internet and have several processes in place to service you with ease online.

Although you can do your own admission and study permit process, we see a lot of self-represented files lead to refusals or misrepresentations that can lead to a 5-year ban. You will want to ensure the strongest application the first time around, as after a refusal, it gets more and more complicated.

Each school in Canada has their own unique requirements for admission. Not complying with certain rules or documents, may lead you to missing your desired school and program. With limited spots for each program, it is important to plan ahead.

If your situation is complex, we strongly suggest working with an IRCC-approved representation (Immigration Consultant or Lawyer). Yes, there’s checklists and forms, but we’re here to help interpret those forms and guide you through the legal process, while going above and beyond checklists for a successful application.

Maybe you can do it on your own but need a little guidance. In this case, we recommend our partner, Second Passport, for their DIY courses that walk you through your immigration application without spending thousands of dollars on professional services so you can do it yourself with all of the information there to guide you at every step.

There are no guarantees in life! Especially with the ever-so changing Educational and Immigration System in Canada. One of the important things to understand is that we’re giving you an “unfair advantage” so we can do everything we can for an approval. If you qualify for the program and have a solid case to work with, we’ll have all the tools to make this happen!

Our communication policy is clearly outlined for you and rest assured we will always make ourselves accessible for our client needs.

Biling

You will be given a fee after a Consultation takes place where we’ll lay out the costs for our service. We want to make sure that we have considered all your needs and it is important that we remain clear on your goals and the work involved. As this is a fully customized service, fee quotes are based solely on the amount of work involved.

We do not like doing hourly billing as this is based on competing interests. One party wants to minimize the time while it is in the other party’s interest to drive up the time. We want to make sure that we eliminate time pressures for our clients as this whole relationship is an individualized process. We see hourly billing as a very transactional way of doing business and we want a relationship with all our clients.

Yes, you can do it on your own, but is it worth the risk? We have been in business for many years and are experts in the Canadian immigration and education sphere. Professional services cost more than a self-represented application, but we focus on results, not costs. The cost of services will never outweigh the opportunity, freedom, and life ahead of you in Canada.

We accept different payment methods including credit cards, Interac e-transfer, cheque, and bank wire transfer. As we have many international clients around the world, we are accommodating of different payment methods and can find the best solution that works for you. Rest assured we will be able to accommodate various payments structures.

When we are working with our clients, we understand that everyone needs to budget, and we have never had a policy where we put money ahead of people ability to get proper legal advice. We certainly are open to working with you to find a schedule for engaged services.

We believe in price integrity and bringing value to our clients. The fees that we quote are accurate and transparent based on the amount of work that is required. We would like to note that we do understand that there may be the cultural norm for some cultures to negotiate based on price, but we generally will offer a fair price and stick with this as per the Canadian standard.

Yes. The fees and payment associated with the service can be taken care of by anyone associated with the applicant.

Discovery Calls

A discovery call allows us to know you and your immigration goals. It will be a quick 15-minute meeting, usually done on Zoom, that allows us to get to know you, give a quick overview of the process, and answer any questions you may have.

You can contact us, and we will reach out with some meeting times that will work best for your schedule.

No. Discovery calls are free.

It is highly suggested that you prepare any questions you may have about the process, and we will use this meeting time to address your inquiries.

We understand that things can happen. We will be happy to reschedule your discovery call to another day and time that works for you.

Yes, discovery calls can be booked for anyone who needs advice.

Immigration Consultations (with Maple Immigration Services)

You can book an immigration consultation easily on our website by following this link: https://mapleimmigration.ca/book-a-consultation/ Our online booking system lets you book a call with one of our Immigration Professionals that suits your schedule.

Our Consultations are $250/per hour consultation. Rest assured, you will get all your questions and concerns answered during that time and the goal of the meeting will be to get you to a place where you have all your questions answered so that you can make informed and accurate choices. While we stick to an hour usually this is a “soft clock” in that if it takes a little longer to get you to the answers you need, we will not give you another bill.

That’s why we do a Consultation! We can customize your plan forward based on the information we receive and your unique situation and needs. If you want to get started and tell us more about your ‘different’ situation – contact us here and we can point you in the right direction!

A consultation is our first step to professional immigration services. During the consultation, we dive deep into your situation to find a solid pathway for you and your family to Canada. In the consultation, you get one hour of personalized information with a complete plan laid out for you. Because of regulatory requirements, we cannot provide legal advice without a consultation and an agreement in place for confidentiality.

In a Post Covid world we have structured ourselves more in the online environment and we prefer to do consultations via zoom. The benefit we have found is that it allows for a more efficient and better experience for you. Even if you don’t have a Zoom account, this meeting can be done if you have Internet and a method of using video with either a computer or a mobile device.

We understand that things can happen. We will be happy to reschedule your consultation to another day and time that works for you. Please refer to Maple Immigration’s cancellation policy for more information.

Yes, consultations can be booked for anyone who needs immigration advice. However, due to confidentiality purposes, each person will be treated as the client and will need to give their consent regarding any information related to the case.

Our Services

The initial step to allow us to work with anyone is to collect further information about them so that we have a better understand of their situation. The initial assessment allows us to better understand if there is something we can do to help you in your Canadian Immigration Goals. Once an assessment has been completed depending on your situation and how far along in the process you are, you may then be invited to do a Discovery Call or a Consultation with one of our consultants, to allow us to better understand your goals and how we can proceed to best assist you in meeting those goals.

Yes, when you schedule a consultation with one of our Immigration Consultants if you press ahead with our services following the consultation the consultation fee may be credited towards your professional fees going forward if you retain our services within 30 days of the date of the consultation. You will be provided with more information at the time of your consultation.

We primarily work in the economic streams of Immigration as that is the area in which our Immigration Consultants have further continued experience. On top of that, we also work to help temporary residents come to Canada as visitors, workers and students while also assisting family members who wish to reunite in Canada.

A simple breakdown of the process is:

  1. Complete intake and do discovery call or consultation
  2. Select best or desired pathway to come to Canada
  3. Work with Maple Visa team on the processing of the file
  4. Gather documents for the application
  5. Your file is submitted to Canadian immigration

We currently offer services throughout the country excluding the province of Quebec. The province of Quebec has additional Immigration Credentials and expertise required and we currently do not offer these services but can surely provide competent referrals.

Through our service we assist our clients with all things Immigration. This includes advising them on the available options for their case to providing them with support throughout the application process and communicating directly with IRCC from start to finish. We commonly are asked if we offer other services such as assistance with finding jobs, accommodations and so forth and while this is not part of our service, however we see it as our duty to help people settle in, into Canada and certainly advise and help with people to find their way here in Canada.

While we always work with our clients to have a strong application to minimize the chance of refusal, refusals do happen, and we understand that this is part of the process, but we plan for this and make sure that we have your application on a strong footing for being able to elevate it and appeal this decision. Should this happen, our team will continue to work with you to help you with a positive outcome.

If you come to us with a prior refusal that you have received while working with someone else or from doing an application on your own, we can look at the information from the prior application and reasons for refusal and look at how we can work together based on the information of your situation. Every case is different and as such we would need to first have a better understanding of the situation to determine how we can best assist you.

This will depend highly on your situation however we will do our best to accommodate your requests and show you the best options for your specific case. While we do help with processing and guiding you through the Canadian immigration system, we cannot control government decisions and file results.
